What Tap do I have ?
To find out what tap model you have,
- You might still have the original installation guide to give you clues.
- look for any identifying marks or labels on the tap itself. Sometimes the Brand is stamped on the base (front OR back – so don’t forget to check behind your tap..if an awkward spot to access, try take a picture with a camera to then read) or something might be stamped on a handle. There might be even some letters and numbers stamped on them which you could then use to search online. [remember that your exact numbers might not come up but might still give you a clue as to the brand of your Tap]
- You might still have the original installation guide to give you clues.
- You could take a picture of your Tap and send it to your Kitchen Designer / Fitter or Plumber (whoever installed) and they might be able to advise you of the model or where they bought it.

Hello, please can you hell identify the make of this tap? It’s not made by the sink manufacturers and I’m really stuck!
I don’t seem to be able to attach a picture here, can I email you?
Best wishes, Ian.
Hi Ian, please send the picture to us to sales@tapsandsinksonline.co.uk and we will do our best. Put also any other relevant information you have e.g approx age, sink make (that can sometimes give a clue to us). And of course what the issue is with your tap as we can then send links to the parts you need. All our parts are genuine. And while we appreciate that there are cheaper compatible parts available, we deal so frequently with issues arising from customers fitting ‘compatible’ parts e.g handles start to loosen on the valves is just one example that I have had twice yesterday that meant in both cases new handles being needed AND the correct valve. So the customer in one case will have to get the plumber back in to fit the correct valves and also fit new handles which is such a waste of money.
kind regards
Alice
