San Marco Tuscany Kitchen Tap Valve 3656R (Compression) is made in Italy for San Marco Taps.

You can purchase one valve or a Pair. Please note that the same valve works for the Hot or the cold side i.e. they are interchangeable.

As the part of the Valve can be seen when fitted it is important to select the correct colour finish i.e. Chrome, Brushed Nickel or Bronze, as part of the Valve.

San Marco Tuscany Kitchen Tap Valve

The San Marco Tuscany Kitchen Tap Valve is suitable for use with San Marco Tuscany Kitchen Taps.

Please note that the manufacturer has changed this Valve over the years that the Tap is in production and while both Old and New Valve have 24 splines, the splines on the Newer Valve are thinner and are incompatible with the Old Handle. If you have the old Valve 1301R, a new Valve will not fit onto your old Handle, and you will then have to order a New Tuscany Handle 3715R as well. You can tell the difference by removing your own Valve and comparing to the picture here. One obvious difference is the Nut – it is ‘stepped’ on the new version. Some very Old Installation guides refer to the Old Valve as 1301R but even later guides specifying 3656R refer to the older Valve as well.

A kitchen tap with a compression valve is recommended to use if you have very low water pressure on the hot water side of your kitchen tap.

You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
