It’s quite common for the valve you remove from your Kitchen Tap to look different from the one shown in the image or the valve you purchased from us. This is usually because the brass bush is still attached.
The 3868R Brass Bush may be necessary if you are replacing your valve and cannot separate the existing brass bush from the old valve. If you’re able to remove the valve without removing the brass bush, you likely won’t need this spare part. Additionally, if replacing the valve alone stops the leak, you may return the brass bush for a refund.
