Is Grub screw included with Handle? Yes. All our Handles come complete with grub screws where used. You can buy screw only here.
What size Allen Key do I need ? You need a 2mm sized allen key
I need to order a hot (or cold) handle but you don’t have this option? There is no difference between the handles. Whether you need a Hot Handle or a Cold Handle, it is the same.

To maintain your warranty and the longevity of your Tap you should replace any parts with only Genuine Spare Parts. "Genuine" means that it is coming from the manufacturer of your own Tap. You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
