• Is this Spout New as its discounted ? This Spout is brand new. All our spouts are checked before shipping. We add this extra discount in case our checkers missed a tiny mark.  In our Sale section we sell New Spouts that have some tiny scratches / marks. You can contact us if you want us to check to see if we have any ‘on sale’ spouts. Tell us whether you want Chrome or Brushed Nickel and what tap it is for.  We NEVER sell used or display spouts.
• Does this Tap Spout include O Rings & Aerator & grub screw ? Yes, but here are the parts separately if that is all that is required : Parma O Ring Kit, Parma Spout grub screw, Parma Aerator.
• My own spout doesn’t have the extra small white ring at the end and is a little shorter? Will it still fit ?  The manufacturer added an extra o ring a number of years ago to all their spouts for added stability. If you have an older tap then your own tap spout will be tiny bit shorter. Provided you have the Parma Tap, then the newer version here with the extra white ring will fit perfectly into your own Tap.
• What size allen key do I need ? You will need a 2.5mm allen key which you can buy here.
• Do you supply plumbers grease / silicone grease ? No.  All our spouts are brand new. As silicone grease / plumbers grease can break down if exposed to air, we do not sell / include with any new spout. It can be purchased in any local DIY store.
• I am not sure that this is the right spout  Our Sales Team is available to assist you. If you contact us before buying, we will advise you on the correct part for your Tap. Ideally send pictures of your own Tap. Here is the Spare Part Spout section too which lists all our Spouts.
