Description
Due to the various versions of this tap, the simplest thing to do is to remove your own valve first and compare to the images below and see which valve you have, whether or not you need a brass bush and then order accordingly. We have put in all the options in the ‘select’ drop down menu for this reason. If none of the images here correlate to your own Valve, then just email sales@tapsandsinksonline.co.uk a picture of your own Tap and Valve, so we can email you links to the parts that you need.
Irrespective of whether your own valve looks like the 4276R or the 3547R, if your own Valve is dated 2013 or older, buy the 4276R.

If your own Valve looks wider than the Valves in the images, it is possible that your old Bush has come out stuck to the Valve. If that is the case, and you cannot remove your own Bush to reuse, then order a new Bush. The 3409R Bush is 30mm diameter.
If your Tap is dripping where the Spout meets the Base you might need to replace the O Ring Kit.

Difference between Genuine and Compatible ?
To maintain your warranty and the longevity of your Tap you should replace any parts with only Genuine Spare Parts. "Genuine" means that it is coming from the manufacturer of your own Tap. You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
