Lamona Victorian Chrome Black Tap4807 Valve

If your Howdens Lamona Victorian Chrome Black Tap4807 Valve is dripping continuously then you might need to change your Valves.  If it is only dripping intermittently then it is possible that debris is stuck behind the Aerator at the tip of the spout.

If your Tap is dripping where the Spout meets the Base you might need to replace your O Ring Kit.

To make it easier for you we have included pictures here of what your Valve should look like (with or without the bush around it).  Ideally you should remove your own valve before ordering a replacement valve to ensure that you order the correct one and that way you would also know if you require the brass bush or not.

It can be a common enough problem that when you remove your Howdens Lamona Victorian Tap Valve it looks different than the valve in the picture (or the Valve that you purchased from us). It is most likely because the brass bush is still attached OR you have the Lamona Victorian Tap4801 Valve.

• My valve looks wider and completely different from the pictures here / the one I ordered ? Is the Bush stuck to your own Valve ? That is the round extra piece of Brass that surrounds the valve. Sometimes they can get stuck together and come out as one piece.  See the images below.  You can order the Bush part separately if needed. It is one Bush per Valve.
