Diameter of Spout is c.22mm.
Comes complete with a Swivel Aerator and O Ring Kit 1239R.

If you only need to replace the Spout, see Spout SP1306 here, as a cheaper option as the only difference between SP1499/3900 and SP1306 is the swivel which you can transfer from your own spout if it is still in good working order and save some money.
