FAQ – Franke Krios J Tap Spout SP3926:

• Are your spouts brand new or used ? All our parts are brand new. Unused. We apply a small discount in case we miss a tiny mark during our pre shipping inspection process. See gallery for example.
• Is there an O Ring Kit on this Spout? All our Spouts come complete with O Ring Kit and Aerator.  If you need the O Ring Kit only you can buy it here .
• Do you include the grub screw? Yes, although its handy to have a spare so put your own cloth around spout to catch it if it falls.
• I can’t locate the grub screw? Feel around the back of your tap with a finger as its a very small hole. Its usually directly at the back of the base of your tap.
• What size Allen key do I need ? You need a 2.5mm sized allen key which you can buy here.
• Do you include silicone grease ? No we don’t because it needs to be applied freshly when installed. You can source this from any Builders Merchant.

DIY :

• Do I need to call in a plumber to do this ? Most people find this a very straightforward DIY job. Here is our guide to assist you.
