Franke Kitchen Tap Valve S3547 Hot and Cold for the Hot Water and Cold for the Cold water side of your Kitchen Tap. If your Tap is dripping from the Spout then you might need to change your Valves. Here is our Guide 7 Easy Steps to replace Kitchen Tap Valve.

This Valve is for current Franke and Carron Installation Guides only. Please note that there is an earlier SMR 3547R valve that is different from this current 3547R Valve here. The earlier one has been discontinued. This current 3547R Valve has a flatter seal underneath and will NOT work in your tap if you have the earlier 3547R version (larger seal underneath). Where you might have the earlier 3547R stamped 2013 or earlier – the valve is stamped month / year as on a Bank Card e.g 06/13, 07/12) the manufacturer of your Tap recommends that you use their universal 3561R Valve with 28 splines as it has a larger seal underneath (like the old 3547R). You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
