This Spare Part can be listed in your installation guide as SP3731.
You would replace your entire spout where there is a pinhole or the spout is damaged in some way.
Usually if your Tap is dripping at the base then a set of o rings should solve the problem. The O Rings that are fitted on this spout are the 1239R
