Description
14 Davos Tap from Franke Franke Davos J Tap
Before ordering replacement valve please see below for further information, images and measurements on the Manufacturers change of Valve from 1427R Cold (133.0069.364) and 1427R Hot (133.0069.365) to SP3547 Cold (133.0358.165) and SP3547 Hot (133.0358.167). The manufacturer recommends that you order universal 1427R if replacing your valve. If your valve has 18 splines (for earlier Davos Tap discontinued 2007) we do not have this valve.
The Davos Tap has been in production since 1990. To make it easy for you to tell which Davos Tap you have , please read our post here where we explain the four different Davos Tap models in production since 1990.

- In 2014 the Franke Davos L Tap Valve was changed by manufacturer from the 1427R Valve to the SP3547.

We do not stock spare Parts for Franke Davos 1990 to 2007 (see the locking nut at the base of the spout (where the spout meets the tap base). It is smaller and more curved than the current Davos Tap locking nut and this is a key way of distinguishing which tap you have.
1427R (4276R) Valve
:- A customer reported a slight gap between handle and body of the tap when they fitted the 1427R (4276R) Valve on one occasion.
- This is due to the larger white seal. This seal will flatten with use.
- If you wish to buy the 3547R and your tap continues to drip, we will not replace under 1 year warranty if your Tap is 2014 or older. Please retain your old valve as proof of age of your own Tap. The valve will have a date stamped on it.
