Clearwater Cherika 3886R Brass Bush with Lip.

There is one bush per Valve so if you think you need one for each valve please order Two. If only replacing one valve, then you only need to order One Bush There is no difference between the Bush for the Cold Valve or the Bush for the Hot Valve.

This is the part that surrounds the Valve inside the Tap. Sometimes when removing the old Valve, this brass bush also comes out i.e. the valve and brass bush appear as one. They need to be separated to re-use the old brass bush with the new valve, or if neither can be separated, then you have to purchase a new brass bush as well as a new valve to fix your dripping tap.

A new Brass Bush might be required if you are replacing your Tap Valve and the Brass Bush Part has come away with your old valve i.e. your old valve is stuck inside (stuck to) the Brass Bush. If you cannot separate the Brass Bush from your old valve then you will need a new one.
