However please note that while the plugs that we supply match the Carron Phoenix waste and plumbing kits that went with the Carron Phoenix Sinks, we have no way of knowing whether or not the waste and plumbing kit used in the installation of your sink (and hence the plug) was the original waste and plumbing kit supplied by Carron Phoenix.
We can never 100% guarantee that our plug will fit your sink waste. That is why it is so important to check the measurements that are supplied with each plug and also compare pictures. While we offer free shipping and full refunds, we will not offer a refund for the postage cost of returning a plug should it not fit your sink.

Difference between Genuine and Compatible ?
To maintain your warranty and the longevity of your Tap you should replace any parts with only Genuine Spare Parts. "Genuine" means that it is coming from the manufacturer of your own Tap. You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
