Description
Bristan Manhattan Tap Aerator 1256R
Aerator: Also known as a Perlator / Antisplash. Found at the tip of the spout. Most aerators screw onto the end of the spout, creating a non-splashing stream and often mixing water and air, producing the ‘champagne’ effect.
Disclaimer: Please note that the fit might depend on the age of your tap as occasionally the manufacturer modifies the antisplashers.
- 1256R Black Antisplasher: Thread is M 24 x 1.
There is a larger Antisplasher c.26 x M that was used many years ago that we do Not have in stock.

Here is our Guide How to Remove your Aerator / Antisplash from your Kitchen Tap.
This is a Genuine Spare Part you are buying here.
Difference between Genuine and Compatible ?
To maintain your warranty and the longevity of your Tap you should replace any parts with only Genuine Spare Parts. "Genuine" means that it is coming from the manufacturer of your own Tap. You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
