Genuine Astracast Shannon Twin Lever TP0420 Kitchen Tap Spout

Before  you buy:

• We have seen several versions of this tap with different spare parts. Check out our video below which shows this spout in more detail. Also see the pictures of what your handle should look like too.
• The genuine part detailed below will not fit any other Shannon Tap.
• We have also observed that customers who might have an invoice with this code TP0420  on their paperwork have in fact have a different Tap.
• So we would advise that you check your own tap visually (see visual clues below) and also remove the spout and compare it to the images below too.  This is to save you ordering the wrong (incompatible) part.

If you have an older Tap :
The current Spout 3926R (SP3926) is the improved version of the 3218R. It contains the same O Ring Kit but was modified to include an additional PTFE (Teflon) ring for increased stability. So the upgraded Spout is a little longer but fits the exact same as the older shorter Spout. The base in the older Tap models can perfectly accomodate this longer Spout. This improved design change is coming from your Tap manufacturer.

FAQ – Astracast Shannon Twin Lever TP0420 Kitchen Tap Spout:

• Are your spouts brand new or used ? All our parts are brand new. Unused. We apply a small discount in case we miss a tiny mark when inspecting before shipping. We explain this in more detail below.
• Is there an O Ring Kit on this Astracast Shannon Twin Lever TP0420 Kitchen Tap Spout? All our Spouts come complete with O Ring Kit and Aerator.  If you need the O Ring Kit, and not complete spout, you can buy it here .(See video below of what your own spout should look like in case you have a different tap).
• Do you include the grub screw where my spout is held in with a screw ? We do not include grub screws with our spouts.  Different Tap models can use same spout but have different size grub screw.  We sell grub screws separately here.  Retain your own grub screw when removing.  Put a cloth around your tap base to catch it if it falls.
• I can’t locate the grub screw? Unless your spout is held in by a locking nut or is extremely old (where spouts were pushed into the tap) it should be there. Feel around the back of your tap with a finger as its a very small hole. Its usually directly at the back of the base of your tap.
• Do you include silicone grease ? No we don’t because it needs to be applied freshly when installed. You can source this from any Builders Merchant.
• Do I need to call in a plumber to do this ? Most people find this a very straightforward DIY job. Here is our guide to assist you.
