- Are your spouts brand new or used ? All our parts are brand new. Unused. We apply a small discount in case we miss a tiny mark during our pre shipping inspection process. See gallery for example.
- Is there an O Ring Kit on this Spout? All our Spouts come complete with O Ring Kit and Aerator. If you need the O Ring Kit only you can buy it here .
- Do you include silicone grease ? No we don’t because it needs to be applied freshly when installed. You can source this from any Builders Merchant.
- Is this a Genuine Abode Tap part ? Yes it is.

Difference between Genuine and Compatible ?
To maintain your warranty and the longevity of your Tap you should replace any parts with only Genuine Spare Parts. "Genuine" means that it is coming from the manufacturer of your own Tap. You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
