This is a Spout Part and not the complete Tap. We discount all of our Brand New Genuine Spouts in case our checkers / shippers miss a tiny blemish. Our Spouts are Sourced directly from the Manufacturer of your Tap. Below is an example of a tiny mark on a Spout.

- Is this Spout New or Second Hand / Used as its discounted ? This Spout is brand new. It is discounted t0 allow for any tiny mark that our checker might miss before dispatching. We only sell brand new spouts.
- Is this Spout a genuine part ? This Spout is a Genuine Part rather than a ‘compatible’ part. What this means is that this Spout has come from the Astral Tap manufacturer and therefore will be a perfect fit for your Tap.
- Does this Tap Spout include O Rings & Aerator ? All our spouts include the Spout O Rings and Aerator, and the locking nut.
- I am not sure that this is the right spout Our Sales Team is available to assist you. The Astral Tap looks very similar to the Abode Taura Tap but the Taura Tap Spout is held in with a grub screw, unlike the Astral Spout here. If you contact us before buying, we will advise you on the correct part for your Tap. Ideally send pictures of your own Tap. Here is the Spare Part Spout section too which lists all our Spouts.

Difference between Genuine and Compatible ?
To maintain your warranty and the longevity of your Tap you should replace any parts with only Genuine Spare Parts. "Genuine" means that it is coming from the manufacturer of your own Tap. You might see the word 'Compatible' used on other websites. You might even see same Part Code BUT "Compatible" means that it does NOT come from your own Tap manufacturer. Genuine Tap Parts means that the Parts have been tried and tested in your Tap model. It also guarantees that it will fit your own Tap correctly (provided that you have selected the correct replacement Part). We have had customers who fitted compatible parts in their taps and damaged other connecting parts in the process. It can work out more costly in the end to use Compatible parts.
