Please note: We have put up the measurements of this valve in order for you to compare to your own valve before purchasing due to the fact that some of the Taps for which this valve is listed have been modified over the years in production. To avoid having to return an unsuitable part a quick check will ensure if you have the current model (for which this part is suitable for) or an earlier model (for which this part would not be suitable).

****Please note: The SMR (San Marco Rubinetterie ) valves nearly always have a name & date stamp on them e.g. SMR 11/14. This only refers to a production date and does not specify the particular type of valve needed.

Useful Tip

It can be a common enough problem that when you remove your Valve it looks different than the valve in the picture. It is most likely because the brass bush is still attached.

1427R Valve and Brass Bush. The Valve should come out of Tap with no Brass Bush surrounding it. If the Brass Bush is stuck to the Valve and you can’t separate, then you will need to also replace the Brass Bush.
